We are so happy we can once again get beef at a semi-affordable price. Beef prices have increased during the pandemic and we did have to slighly increase our price to keep our profit margin flat.  USDA, restaurant-grade, hand-trimmed beef; dehydrated and briefly smoked over hickory wood for an irresistible smell. Trust us, YOU will want to eat these!
